School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (SEECS) and Buraq Integrated Solutions (BIS) have mutually established the Center of Excellence for Industrial Automation (CEIA) at SEECS, NUST campus for the Research & Development in the field of Industrial Automation.
Center of Excellence for Industrial Automation (CEIA) objects to educate and train students for Industrial Automation, share resources to mutually conduct the training, software development and work jointly on projects related to Process Control and Industrial Automation. This center will be used for implementation of industrial projects.
The MoU for establishment of CEIA was signed on 5th October 2009 by Mr Habeel Ahmed, Head Electrical Engineering Department, SEECS-NUST and Mr Mohammad Asad, Chief Executive Officer, Buraq Integrated Solutions. Dr Arshad Ali, Director General SEECS, Dr Habib Ur Rehman, Senior Consultant BIS and Mr Muhammad Muzzamil, Chief Technical Officer, BIS were also present on the occasion.
SEECS-NUST is one of the best universities in Pakistan to provide Engineering education while BIS provides state of the art solution for Office and Industrial Automation & provide excellent teaching and training opportunities to students.
SEECS and BIS will educate and train students for Industrial Automation, share resources to mutually conduct the training, software development and work jointly on projects related to Process Control and Industrial Automation. |
